Abode Heat shortlisted twice in South West Energy Efficiency Awards

Renewable heat experts Abode, is delighted to announce that it is shortlisted for two awards in the 2023 Energy Efficiency Awards.
Within the South West region, Abode Heat has been nominated, and shortlisted within two categories:
- Regional Renewable Heat Installer and Contractor of the Year
- Regional Large Scale Project (>250K) of the Year

The awards ceremony will take place on the evening of 18 May 2023, with winners announced at the event.
About the shortlist categories:
Regional Renewable Heat Installer and Contractor of the Year
The Regional Renewable Heat Installer or Contractor of the Year Award rewards one exceptional company, in each of the 11 Regional areas around the UK, that is involved with the installation, implementation or maintenance of energy efficient heating systems that qualify for the government’s Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI).
These systems include, biomass boilers, solar water heating, ground/Air/Water source heat pumps. This award recognises the efforts of fully qualified RHI Installers and contractors that provide excellent customer service, and demonstrate a high standard of quality workmanship or best practice within their local community.
Regional Large Scale Project (>250K) of the Year
The Regional Large Scale Project of the Year Award rewards one exceptional project, in each of the 11 Regional areas around the UK, where energy efficiency measures of more than £250,000 have been installed.
This award recognises the efforts of all those involved locally in delivering a successful large scale energy saving project, while maintaining excellent customer service that demonstrates a high standard of quality workmanship throughout the project.
